Welcome to the Clinicient Training Room for LifeCare.   This site is intended to be a place where we can systematically share and organize information to help familiarize our Team with our outpatient EMR System. Each lesson is a specific topic and includes step-by-step instructions and videos to help you learn how to use the new system, both in the Desktop (Windows) version and also the mobile version (Insight GO).

The Desktop Version is a Microsoft Windows based system and is required of all team members.    All Team Members can complete independent training using the written instructions, the video series or a combination of both.  The training is organized by functional area (Installation - Getting Started - Task F2- Schedule F3 - Chart F4) tabs with additional instruction for evaluating therapists (PT/OT/SLP) on Supervisory Visits (Evaluations, Progress Reports & Discharge).   It is recommended that you follow the training series in order as each training video builds upon prior content.

InsightGO is a Mac and mobile-friendly version of the EMR System and is also used specifically for sending attachments (signature logs, intake paperwork, copies of Rx, etc.) into LifeCare. Training in this section is also organized by functional area and can be used for scheduling, documentation and attachments.

Once your independent training is complete, a LifeCare Team member will be available to assist you as you begin your first patient.   We look forward to working with you!
