Attachments
The Attachments Tab allows you to view attachments (such as medical records or orders) and also upload your attachments to the EMR System. Attachments can include Intake Paperwork, Signature Logs, Photographs, etc.

On a phone or table, you can navigate to the Attachments and it will allow you to take a photo and immediately upload. On a device without a camera, you can upload a PDF or JPG/PNG Image.

Adding Attachments
VIEWING ATTACHMENTS
Attachments are accessed by clicking the You can filter by type, case or date range to filter the list.

ADDING ATTACHMENTS
To add attachments, Click on the + Sign to the right.

This opens the Add Attachment box where you can choose Attachment Type, Case and Name the Attachment. Click "Attach"

On a computer, a dialog box will open so that you can select the file you wish to attach. On a mobile device/tablet, you will have the option of taking a photo/video and then immediately attaching.
