Getting Started
InsightGO is a web-based application, meaning it requires no downloads or installation onto your local computer to access the system. InsightGO works on any computer, tablet or smart phone, but GOOGLE CHROME is the recommended browser.

LOGGING IN
To access InsightGO, open a supported internet browser on your computer, and enter the following URL: https://insight.clinicient.com/Security/login

Then enter your assigned user name and password. Note that multiple failed login attempts will result in your account being "locked".

This is a screenshot of the HomePage when you log in. Regardless of where you are in the system, the following are always available:

MENU ICON
Lists the pages that you can navigate to within the InsightGO system. Click once to open and click again to close.

SEARCH ICON
The "Magnifying Glass" Icon allows you to search for patients by name, date of birth or phone number

UNSIGNED VISITS
If you have any visits that are not signed, you can quickly access all unsigned visits here. Note that the Padlock will not be present if all visits are signed.


LOG OUT
Log Out of System


CALENDAR
Quick access to all appointments on the selected day.

Online help

CHAT
Allows you to "chat" with team members online
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
If you forgot your username or password OR if you need to change/reset your password, use the Link from the Sign In Screen and enter your LifeCare e-mail address. A link to reset your information will be sent to you.
