FIND PATIENT DETAILS - ADDRESS, CASE INFO, ETC.
Patient Information is contained with the Client Editor which can be accessed from either the Case Box within the Chart F4 Tab or from the icon present on every screen.
From the Icon

The Client Editor Icon is located to the right of the Task F2 | Schedule F3 | Chart F4 Tabs and can be clicked from anywhere in the EMR System to access the Client Database and search for patient information.


From The Charting Area: Click Case Box

Case Box: The Red or Blue Box above the Topic Panel is the Case Box. Hover provides you with case details and a "click" on the box takes you to the Patient's
F3 Personal Information Tab
Patient Name & Address, Emergency Contact, Additional Information (gate codes, scheduling requests, etc.), Notes (Comments on file), Prior & Future Scheduled Appointments.

F4 Case Information
List of Cases with Active (Blue) and Discharged (Red) including Therapist(s) Assigned, Diagnosis & POC Information.

F5 Letters
Any correspondence sent from LifeCare including requests for orders, DME equipment, etc. List on left and view on right.

F6 Attachments
"Paper" Documents scanned/faxed and entered into record including Rx, Medical Records, Intake & Signature Logs.

F7 Precautions
Patient precautions added by therapist(s) which will appear as a pop-up at each visit.

F8 Claim Info
F9 Change Log
