GETTING STARTED
InsightGO is Clinicient's web-based visit and therapy documentation experience. InsightGO is a web-based application, meaning it requires no downloads or installation onto your local computer to access the system. You can choose to use either the desktop or the mobile version for scheduling and documentation.
Insight GO will work on a computer, table or smartphone, but Google Chrome is the recommended browser.
To access InsightGO, open a supported internet browser on your computer, and enter the following URL: https://insight.clinicient.com

Log in with your assigned user name and password. The "landing page" is your schedule.

NAVIGATION OVERVIEW - ALWAYS AVAILABLE ICONS
Regardless of where you are in the system, the following are always available:

Menu Icon
Lists the pages that you can navigate to within the InsightGO system. Click once to open and click again to close. For more information on each of the menu items:

UNSIGNED VISITS
In addition to the Page Access from the Menu Icon, the Unsigned Visit Icon will appear if you have any visits that are not signed.

Located in the far right corner of the navigation bar, the Calendar Icon will display your scheduled visits for the day. Select any patient on the list to be directed to the corresponding visit documentation.

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
If you forgot your username or password OR if you need to change/reset your password, use the Link from the Sign In Screen and enter a valid e-mail address. A link to reset your information will be sent to you.
